Glasgow is a vibrant and diverse city in Scotland. The most populated, with 90 parks, an enormous collection of art held in museums and galleries across the city and a dynamic culture expressed through its music, food and communities, Glasgow is known for its historic ship-building industries and more recently, its shopping. Glasgow provides a home to people from all over the world and many languages are spoken within its communities. The impact of Covid in Glasgow has been deep - the local economy has suffered and the numbers of cases and deaths from Covid have been high. Glasgow has a deeply interwoven and strong sense of community though, and mutual aid networks, community support and the Glasgow humour have all been part of keeping the city healthy and connected during Covid.
