Do you need some support?

We have been hearing from people all over the country about their Covid experience and we know that many people are still struggling to process the loss and change they have experienced. We have compiled links to some services that are available in Scotland with the input of our Advisory Group. Some of these are also offered as a free service. You can find the list below.

A blue piece of folded paper with handwritten words "you are strong enough to face it all, even if it doesn't feel like it right now" and three love hearts coloured in red pen

Kim’s mum made a “Jar of Love” with messages to help her when she was unwell

Covid has affected all of us in different ways and we have experienced changes in our life that we are still figuring out. When my physical and mental health crashed at the start of 2021, I had to ask for so much help from people in my life and from different support services to help me get back on my feet. Feeling anxious, depressed or not knowing what you need after something as disruptive as Covid is very normal! I hope people will be able to ask for what they need to make sense of what we’ve all been and continue to go through, and as the world tries to recover.
