Journey of the Mind - an exploration of spiritual practice for mental wellbeing

The Covid pandemic brought with it many anxieties not only around physical well-being but also in connection with mental mental health and isolation. These pressures continue even as Covid numbers are less frequently the subject of the headlines. Journey of the Mind, a series of exhibitions and workshops featuring work by Canadian artist Kanwar Singh and British animator Christian Wood, explores the texts of the Sikh teachers and how they can help in troubled times through focused practice.

Journey of the Mind is conceived by arts organisation Without Shape Without Form, and supported by Arts Council England. The exhibition and events programme run during October in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee. For more information and booking visit the website here.
